This is sort of a half update since it hasn’t been a full week.  I’ve been reading a lot so far and focusing on how whiskey is made.  That will be the focus for now.  Some of the books I bought on the subject aren’t as detailed as I had hoped.  They seem to focus more on whiskey after it’s made so I’ve been doing a lot of research online to fill in the gaps.
